Air Conditioning Repair 2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Done 6-13-25 Cleaned cond coil, flushed drain and checked Freon
Air Conditioning Repair 2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, flushed drain, replaced filter, checked system operation and found no issues, capacitor is starting to go weak and may need replaced next year System is cooling at this time

Double checked system operation. Slightly adjusted blower speed to help reduce noise in living room. Cleaned outdoor coil. Hard start capacitor on outdoor coil was very weak. Replaced hard start capacitor. Everything else was clean and checked out well. System is operating normally at this time.
