AC Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Only Check Up Renewal
2024 PSCA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance Operations checks good, cleaned unit and left filter behind I was going to suggest replacing condenser fan motor while still under warranty but it actually isn’t up til 2026. The furnace warranty is up however this year. The fan motor can wait a couple more years
2024 PCSA AC Check Up Renewal AC Maintenance Cleaned coil, filter was clean upon inspection. Put deodorizer on indoor coil.
Complaint unit not keeping up Replaced bad dual run capacitor. Unit cooling at this time
AC Maintenance 1x AC Check Up Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, vacuumed drain, filter is provided by customer, checked system operation, unit was low on gas so I charged unit with 2 pounds of refrigerant and made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
2024 PCSA AC Check Up Renewal AC Maintenance Completed cooling maintenance, cleaned coil, flushed drain, replaced filter, checked system operation and found no issues, made sure system is working properly System is cooling at this time
